The service was very fast and friendly. The parking lot in small up front but does have additional parking in the back. We always have the same server who is friendly and knowledgeable but can be slow with getting refills

Service saves. Plates are always hot in a Mexican restaurant, but these plates were too hot.The enchiladas were burnt.Interesting though, there is liquid butter on every table. Not to sure why. But the waitress was attentive to everything and happy.

Well my favorite is the first one, comfortably located not more than a 15 min walk from my apartment. The food as actually gotten better the portions are good for the price and the choice of health low cal. is very good. Friends and I visit at least twice a week sometimes more Tobias loves the video poker room it's small with only three machines but they pay out often (no guarantee 😜). I would probably say Nicky's is a family restaurant showing off the owners favorite art on every table and chair, it's really quite charming. And every local knows about the Margarita served for over twenty years right hear in Louisiana "just like the ones you get in Mexico's canteen". I only wish this wonderful gift brought here with a dream in his heart to share his country's culture and food was loved a little more it could use a face lift both inside and out.

I love the food here! Fajitas are excellent. Beer is always good and cold.Service is outstanding! Our favorite server is Marible. No one provides better service than she does. Refried beans are better here than anywhere!Chips and salsa are delicious! This is the original Nicky's...

Everything I asked for.. that you could order at most Mexican restaurants..they said "sorry we don't have that." After the third " sorry we don't have that either," I just settled for chips and salsa.

Met a friend yesterday evening. Service was not terrible, but a little slow. The server brought our food out and it was wrong. She quickly fixed it. Our food was delicious. I went to use the restroom, not clean at all. It also wouldnt hurt to upgrade a little.

We LOVE this Nickys!!!! It has the best service & friendly employees. We have a group of people we go out with just about every week. Most meetings start at Nickys Airline. They have COLDEST BEER & GLASS MUGS in town. No plastic cups!!!! Great place to go.

Delicious food...all the time. Service is excellent...you'll be waited on immediately...chips and salsa as soon as your seated...Maribell, is by far the best if the best.She always takes such good care of us...been going there for years...always try to go when we visit the casino.

Food was over priced for what you got. We had to send two plates back one of them I won't count that's why two stars. The one I will count was undercooked to the point the food was super chewy. They had two people working the entire floor and it was kind of busy that night so wait time was a little long but not to bad.

This place is always awesome. The food is wonderful and the service is always impeccable. We visiting before dinner in the Lounge, it is fantastic. The atmosphere there is the best in the area.

Never been to a more dirty restaurant. Our waitress was great, the food was mediocre. The owner/manager looked like he was an old mob boss put in WITSEC. The place would be right at home in Kitchen Nightmares!

A Bossier City favorite. The oldest Nicky's location, and the interior really shows the properties age. Narrow walkways and lack of handicap restroom facilities may be reason enough for some to pass it up. Other Nicky's locations are more accommodating.Huge beers and margaritas available here, and the food is excellent and quickly delivered.Staff is friendly and punctual, and the prices are reasonable.

My brother was in town visiting from Costa Rica and we decided to go to 2 Johns to get a steak dinner. One of the very best steaks I have ever had the opportunity to encounter. This restaurant is extremely upscale, food and service are great, ambience is terrific and the bar features a baby grand piano played skillfully.

I enjoyed my lunch plate. The Spanish rice was light & fluffy, beef taco was perfect, & I love the sweet red sauce (mole?) on their cheese enchiladas. Now, my friend didn't like the red sauce being sweet, they like it with a little more kick so they just poured the salsa on top of their food. The service was quick, chips served warm, and they have good white cheese dip. I left full & satisfied.

Been a loyal customer since my kids were small and now bringing my granchild .that's loyal. I never complained about our food or service . The Margaritas are not the best the presentation is not very good not enough salt on the rim ever they don't have that really lime Margarita taste nevertheless they are very strong. I was very disappointed being charged 4% for not using cash the last time I checked my bank card is currency and it's the same thing as paying cash that was very upsetting everything went well until we got the bill. I have lost all my devotion as a good loyal paying customer. There is no way 4% that I bank is charging for these transactions because every establishment would be doing it. No other is charging this fee! Probably won't be back for a long time! Hope this helps other customers to be aware of a very tiny sign that was posted at the cash register where we don't even go and pay .

My husband and I both left Mexican we moved away from Bossier City 30 years ago and could not believe they were still there we stopped in for lunch one Sunday and it is better than we remember it is our new once a week or every other week stop now wheel of Nikki's

Food is always good and what you expect it to be, typical Mexican food. Whole hearty and enough to keep you full for couple of days. Service is very friendly, I have been eating here for over 10 years and neither the service nor the food has ever disappointed me!

I love this location. I've been getting to go food for over 10 years and have eaten at this location multiple times. Always great quality. I would definitely recommend this location. I will also say the location under the bridge in downtown Shreveport is awful. Last 2 visits have resulted in getting sick. I'll never visit that one again.

I love this place! Nicky's has always been my favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff is really nice and professional and the food is always fresh and absolutely wonderful. What brings it down is its cleanliness some of it might be the age of the building, not sure. But love this place and will continue to return anytime.

Very disappointed, food was accessible, but found out that now you will be charged an extra 4% for using you cash debit card or any other card. They still except any Covid-19 infected cash no extra charge for it.

Love this place! In my option best Mexican food restaurant around! White cheese dip is awesome (a little spicy) best salsa too (also a little spicy but that's how it should be). Food is always hot and fresh, never takes too long to come out either.
